Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

Our Services

Iron Mammoth Waste Solutions provides roll-off dumpster rental, junk removal, scheduled pickups, and related waste management services within our service area on the Colorado Front Range. Specific pricing, scheduling, service levels, and payment terms for individual customers are governed by a separate signed service agreement with Iron Mammoth (including any trial or evaluation period described in that agreement). If there is a conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the services it covers.

Customer Portal — License

The Iron Mammoth customer portal is made available to customers of Iron Mammoth for the sole purpose of viewing and managing their own account information — including properties, invoices, job site photos, and service requests. Subject to these Terms, Iron Mammoth grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the customer portal for your own account. This license does not grant you any ownership of the portal or any of its content, and you may not:

• Use the portal or its content for any purpose other than managing your own Iron Mammoth account;
• Access another customer’s account or data, or attempt to do so;
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the portal or its content;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the portal or website;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the portal, our systems, or other users’ accounts.

We may suspend or terminate your portal access at any time if you violate these Terms, or when your service agreement with Iron Mammoth ends.

Account Responsibility

Each customer organization may have one or more authorized users with access to its account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If your organization authorizes additional users (for example, owners, managers, or supervisors), you are responsible for the actions of those users with respect to your account. You must notify us promptly at info@ironmammothwaste.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or if you need to remove a user from your account.

Billing and Payments

Iron Mammoth issues invoices for services through QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit Inc. Invoices displayed in the customer portal reflect our QuickBooks records, and payments are completed on Intuit’s secure payment platform — Iron Mammoth does not collect or store your payment card or bank details on this website. Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times. Limitation of Liability

Iron Mammoth Waste Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the customer portal. The customer portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Service-specific liability terms are governed by individual signed service agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or the customer portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
