Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

Iron Mammoth Waste Solutions (“Iron Mammoth,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors to our website and from customers, partners, and contacts we communicate with. This policy also covers the Iron Mammoth customer portal and information associated with billing and payments processed through QuickBooks Online (provided by Intuit).

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information: your name, company name, email address, and phone number, submitted through a form on our website, a customer or partner sign-up, or otherwise provided to us.
  • Property and job site details: service addresses, project types, and site information related to the dumpsters and hauling services we provide.
  • Job site photos: photographs of your job site or dumpster taken by Iron Mammoth personnel to document service and fill levels.
  • Billing and invoice records: the invoices we issue for services, including amounts, dates, and payment status.
  • Communications records: records of emails, calls, and text messages related to your service, including your opt-in status for text messages.

When you use the customer portal, we also collect account login information associated with your account (such as your email address and authentication identifiers) so that you can access your properties, invoices, photos, and service requests.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and coordinate waste hauling and dumpster rental services at your property or job site; communicate with you about service requests, scheduling, dumpster swaps and pickups, and invoices; provide you with secure access to the Iron Mammoth customer portal, where you can view your properties, invoices, job site photos, and service requests; create and manage invoices for the services we provide; respond to inquiries; and, where you have opted in, send you updates about our services via email or text message.

Payment Processing Through QuickBooks

Iron Mammoth invoices customers and processes payments using QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc. (“Intuit”). Invoices shown in the Iron Mammoth customer portal are generated in our QuickBooks Online account, and the “Pay Now” option takes you to Intuit’s own secure payment page to complete your payment.

We do not collect, store, or process your credit card, debit card, or bank account details on our website. Payment information you enter is collected and processed directly by Intuit through its payment platform and is governed by Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy. We receive from QuickBooks only the invoice and payment records associated with your account — such as invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, and payment status — so that we can display them to you and keep your account current.

For details on how Intuit handles your data when you pay an invoice, please review Intuit’s privacy policy at intuit.com. If you have questions about a charge, an invoice, or a payment on your account, contact us directly using the information at the bottom of this page.

Text Messaging

If you or your organization opts in to receive text messages from Iron Mammoth, message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly at info@ironmammothwaste.com or 303-549-3503.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or other personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text notifications are used solely for Iron Mammoth’s own service communications and are not shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. Access to customer account data is restricted to Iron Mammoth personnel and to members of your own organization’s account. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep customer, property, service, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so that we can service your account, maintain accurate billing and payment histories, and comply with legal, accounting, and tax requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@ironmammothwaste.com. We may retain certain records — for example, invoices and payment records — where required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes, even after a deletion request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
